Connecting Participants to Appropriate Trainings: Referral Decisions Impact Training Outcomes
Training Description:
Training services are critical to strong career pathways but with limited resources, it is prudent to ensure that training dollars are being spent effectively. Join our upcoming virtual session designed specifically for LWDA staff, Providers, OWD staff, and others to receive insight into developing the knowledge, skills, resources, and aptitudes needed to improve training and performance outcomes.
Training Objectives:
1. To provide insight into allowable training options.
2. To recognize the advantages and challenges of training options.
3. To understand the function of the Eligible Training Provider List (ETPL)
4. To understand the relationship between Individual Training Accounts (ITAs) and the ETPL.
5. To share ideas on improving training and performance outcomes.
